CONSTITUTION OF OUR CELLAR

Developed over the course of our meetings, our travels and our tastings, our cellar now has more than 220 references. Here, there are no dogmas or taboos: organic, biodynamic, and natural wines, but also more classic wines come together and complement each other, to offer you an exceptional moment for sure. 2 criteria guide our choices in this eclectic selection: the pleasure felt during the tasting, and the value for money that the wine can offer you.

THE SPECIFICITY OF OUR RESTAURANT

​In a "classic" restaurant, you choose your wine, sometimes without knowing more than a vague name (Côtes-du-Rhône, Languedoc, etc.) heard or drunk on a few occasions, or opting for the famous "second cheapest on the list". In this configuration, the choice, good or bad, is your responsibility and even if you don't like the wine, you will have to keep it, unless there is an obvious defect.

The specificity of La Buvette is that there is no wine list! Unless you have a precise idea of ​​what you would like to drink, we invite you to let our sommeliers guide you. Darius and Nathanaël know their cellar by heart and will be delighted to guide you according to your dishes, your desires, your tastes and your budget, to find THE wine that will enhance your evening. By the glass or by the bottle, they will systematically make you taste the wines, and will offer you an alternative if the proposed option does not suit you.​

TRACEABILITY AND OPTIMAL CONSERVATION

Our wines have been stored in only two cellars: the winemakers' and ours, where they are kept with a constant humidity rate and temperature.

We take all the time necessary to accompany you in the choice of your wine, by the glass or by the bottle.
